From October 16th to 22nd, 2019, Researcher Qing Guangyan from the Bioseparation and Interfacial Molecular Mechanism Research Group participated in the training of the Chinese Academy of Sciences High-level Experts' National Conditions Research Class at the Jinggangshan Cadre Academy in Jiangxi Province, China. The seven-day training was rich in content and varied in form. It systematically learned the process of Chairman Mao ’s revolutionary struggle in Jinggangshan and General Secretary Xi ’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era. The students visited the Jinggangshan Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery and the Revolution Museum, revisited the history of the revolution, learned Dajing's "He Changgong" as a civil trace of the country, re-traveled the Zhu Mao Red Army's food-picking trails, sang red songs, listened to the family generations of the revolution, visited Huang Foreign border whistle, octagonal tower, Little Red Army Hospital, Longjiang Academy, pay tribute to the cemetery of martyrs, remember the revolutionary martyrs. The students deeply realized the hardship and unyielding nature of the revolutionaries, and the selfless dedication of the martyrs who did not seek fame and fortune and seek happiness for the people. They truly felt our happy life today, which was exchanged for the blood of our ancestors!

  This trip to Jinggangshan has enabled the students to further deepen their understanding of Xi Jinping's socialist thinking with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and have learned profoundly the spirit of Jinggangshan's revolutionary struggle. "A spark can start a prairie fire." Chairman Mao's strategy of surrounding the city with the countryside guided the victory of the Chinese revolution. As scientific researchers, we must have accurate judgment on the research direction, grasp the development direction of basic scientific research, and open up new paths to solve important scientific problems. At the same time, the advanced deeds and experiences of Teacher Wang Min from the Qinghai Salt Lake Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences deeply inspired us and shocked and baptized everyone's hearts. Life must have ideals, pursuits, and firm beliefs. We must carry forward the "Jinggang Mountain Spirit", overcome difficulties, dare to be the first, and write the research results on the motherland.
